Here is a little bit about us, so we can get to know each other better. Sailing Place is a sailing boat renting agency located in Split, Croatia with other offices in UK and Germany. We have over 3000 boats through our partner’s networks harboured all over the croatian coast. Our company has a wide range of offers for our customers. Not only do we rent out boats, we are looking into every customer need. Our customer motto is ’’Because only the best is good enough for you!
Additional offers vary by client’s preferences. They can include a cook or a hostess as well as special activities such as gastro tour or an adrenalin sport!

CUSTOMER CARE CAPTAIN
We are looking for someone to run our Customer Care Department, so this position is for go getters! You would be communicating with our current and future clients, creating arrangements and offers for them. All marketing activities are at your disposal. In order for everyone to be on the same page, you will be organizing educations and activities for employees of Sailing Place.
What we expect from you?
• Communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, another language is a plus
• High level of responsibility, organizational skills and motivation
• Advanced knowledge of computer skills and business communication (written and oral)
• 2 years of working experience in the field (same or similar to Customer Care)
• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• If you see yourself in this field we would like to offer you a fixed-term contract in return
CUSTOMER CARE TACTICIAN
An assistant would be directly involved in everyday tasks regarding communication, creating sailing arrangements and their execution. This is the position for anyone who feels creative in problem-solving and engages in personal challenges! We would love for you to participate in creating new ideas and products for our customers as well as back it all up with marketing skills.
What we expect from you
• Excellent knowledge of English, another language is a plus

• Advanced knowledge of computer skills and business communication (written and oral)
• Bachelor or Masters Degree

VACATION SPECIALIST TRAINEE
If you are a student eager to learn, we would love to meet you! We are looking for an intern who will be supporting the Customer Care Department in their daily tasks with customers. The learning opportunities are limitless, from communication to acquiring new clients and partners, documentation and overall team support for an overall growth.
What we expect from you

• Advanced knowledge of computer skills and business communication (written and oral)
• Student contract required
